I regret to say that, shortly after this picture was taken, Mr Braben's ship was destroyed presumably with the loss of all crew. Unfortunately I was obliged to act in self defence and had no alternative.

I feel it only right that I offer my services as CEO by way of redress. I realise this may be a disappointment as Mr Braben was Competent and I know absolutely nothing about the computer games industry. However, I do make a rather nice cup of tea.

I cannot help but pay huge respects to Mr. Braben's resilience and will. Not even a rather nasty boo-you're-dead Python encounter when he was still a Novice in a shieldless Cobra has put him off making it to higher ranks and a sleek little Viper craft. Hang in there, non-sentient Commander Braben!

It was a clever decoy. Whilst you were occupied fighting this ship, Cmdr David Braben managed to transport 300 tonnes of panite out of system :)

Unfortunately what you saw was an NPC! What would be amusing is if the real CMDR Braben appears in a Thargoid vessel and has some fun destroying players.
