General A simple way to add mission boards to Carriers

Copy the board from a chosen station/settlement in the local system. Press the mission board button on the carrier, choose from the list of local settlements/stations, and it'll generate a copy of that board as if you were docked there.
The only missions that won't be generated are cargo transfers, as it would in-universe involve teleporting goods to/from the station. If the carrier moves, you have to go to the original station you were copying off of (or maybe just let the mission be completed remotely, depending on balance).
If the rewards are just INF, REP, or credits, there's no reason that it needs to be done in person. Mats are debateable, as their physical existence isn't consistent.

No. This would lower the bgs value of systems with dockable assets far away from the dropout star.

I don't have a FC and likely never will (because upkeep), but I agree with Elfener.

However, imagine if you could generate your own support type missions.
Not thought about in depth, just a fleeting comment but along the lines of:

I need X tonnes of something, maybe you want some reinforced mounting plates or mined materials and don't like mining.
Kill a rival factions pirates etc to help out your faction for the BGS
That sort of thing.
