A tribute to a deceased Commander.

Hello Commanders, a very dear friend died a few days ago, he was a brave commander and a great fighter in space as in real life, he fought against Cron’s disease.

He was a loving father, a mate I will never forget.

We spent whole summers in space fighting pirates and Targoids but now it’s over, and I’ll continue my journey alone.

I have access to his account, and I would like to "transform" his character, if possible, into a bot, so that he can continue his fight and exploration of the Milky Way..

If this is not possible, I would still like to be able to pay tribute to him, in Elite Dangerous, because it is a game that he enjoyed a lot, I do not really know how, but if some have ideas, I am a taker!

Echoing the sentiments of others here, my condolences on your loss.

From what you're saying, while there's always more than a few arguments on here, one thing I'm sure about this community is there's plenty of people whod be happy to get involved with helping someone out like this. If you were willing and if you had somewhere that was a favourite spot for blowing stuff up or even a trip you want to go on I'm sure there would be those who would be to join you to give him a send off.

It’s a wonderful idea, I’m going to think about a place he cared about and try to create a little event for a last good bye.

Thanks for the idea, the community of Elite Dangerous is really unique and empathetic, you did not imagine how reading your messages and your ideas is a great help in my grief and makes me smile a lot

But you should probably also be very careful about having access to his account, TOC's and all that.
