An idea crossed my mind, and it seems viable.
A way that Marine reptiles and Dinosaurs would be able to interact is being able to customise the lagoon, by making custom lagoons, if there was a few where you could fill out an area of traversable water for the marine reptiles. The lagoons can be connected to a beach and if a marine reptile like a Plesiosaurus could get stranded and it tries to make its way back to the water, and a Megalosaurus comes along and gets it. I think it would be a cool way to be able to create interactions between two very different reptiles.
A few more new features could be the ability to customise the lagoon wall and have a rocky aesthetic instead of a concrete slab. Creating a lagoon fence, a fence that can shut off access to parts of the lagoons by marine reptiles, referring to the feature above where the water of the lagoon can touch the land. A few new animations could involve the infamous Mosasaurus attacking pterosaurs above the water of the lagoon, and maybe when said pterosaurs would land on the body of a deceased marine reptile, a large carnivorous marine reptile could snatch them for the carcass. Also the Mosasaurus being able to jump out of the lagoon and take down the Indominus Rex, maybe also if a helicopter was flying a dinosaur over the lagoon, the mosasaurus can jump up and grab it, and maybe even take down the helicopter.
These are just some thoughts that could make a Jurassic World a bit more alive
