A YEARS WORTH OF FAN-ART SHIP SCALE PICTURES

Don't forget that every surface is somewhat like a mirror, the spaceships will reflect the blue of the sky above and the darker colors of the ground, or the greens from below.
Barely noticeable for the untrained eye, but the difference between true realistic Photoshop vs cartoon color Photoshop. Called environmental mapping. Also check to use filmic colorfilters and not RBG ones.

Cheers yeah I am slowly learning to add shades into all the shadows and highlights, the hardest thing I find is removing the Elite colours, its easier to cut ships out against a planet but planets add a decal like shader to the ships, so you have to remove that and then replace it with the correct one. The ships at airports are a year ago and I feel like with my later planet coaster ones I am learning. I also only have a really old photoshop elements! I'm a musician so I have lots of expensive microphones but rubbish visual software!!

Wow thanks dude, hope you are having a good hol's too!

Man, I've been to baseball and eaten chilli dogs and been sailing and seen how yachts are made and eaten waffles and gator and tomorrow I'm going to a drag racing festival ... and it's 75 degrees when I'm used to 6, and tonight I found out how my brother fell in love ... hell, first world problems don't get any smaller than this. I believe the expression is yessiree. Much like this forum the word is full of folks with different priorities but this world is a big old bowl full of beautiful and I'm glad to be alive right now! Plus ... I've been drinking. Yes ... thank you.
