I have find a small abandoned ship near a planet called New Africa, there are some way to claim it?

There is no such thing as an "abandoned ship" in ED (well, except for the Generation Ships, but they don't really count in the context of this question).

Any "ship you find" will either be a wreck (and therefore not flyable), or a fully occupied but powered-down NPC ship, like you occasionally find sitting on a planet surface.

Sorry, it was not a ship, it was a beacon, I realised that when I aproached! But in contacts it appears like "ships lost in the space" and that wrongs me. After that I read the message: Is the tourist destiny 0187, and according to the lore some ships disapeared there and nobody knows why.

And also megaships but they are a different thing.
