Ability to activate FSS from a cockpit panel

I originally posted this in the PS4 forum but it seems like a more widely applicable suggestion. There are features in the game that you seldom use that you can leave not bound to anything (flight assist, headlights, now night vision) because you can access them through a cockpit panel. It would be great if the FSS was one of them. I'm not a serious explorer; being able to honk is all I need most of the time. However it would be good to be able to activate the FSS if I need it.

Yeah, I could bind it to some obscure key combination, but flipping through my cockpit controls feels more appropriately in-fiction than mashing keys and trying to remember which ones I used.

There are several functions in the side menus that are supposed to be bound on keys/buttons, it is odd that the FSS is excluded. The decision to make it a default function of ships was probably not finalised when the menus wre designed. I hope for the sake of consistency that this function will be made available later innthe menus.
