Ability to add Engineer bookmark, based on their name, after deleting the auto generated bookmark.

When you 1st unlock an engineer it adds a bookmark for you using the engineers name.
If you delete this bookmark then you cannot add it back using the engineers name...you can add the planetary base name as a bookmark, but not the engineer themselves.

If you click on the bookmark in the galaxy map one of the options is "Edit" - you can rename it there.
