Ability to save keybindings, and preferably locally

So many of the glitches in the game result in the loss of personal keybindings, and some players can take up to an hour to reset their own keybindings only to have them wiped in a flash next time the glitch occurs.

I would like it if we could at least save our keybindings. But it would be even better if we could save them as a local file, like a simple text file or something, and then we can store it even off-machine and make it invulnerable to the game system wiping it. And then a simple load/save button in the main menu in order quickly to restore the keybindings when a wipe happens.

If the keybindings file was stored remotely, we would have no way of guarding it against corruption by the system.

1. Yes there should be a "Save As" button in the controls settings screen.

2. You can actually save and edit your binds files, just search for guides written by several of us (PM me if you want a detailed "how to" in reply).

3. Yes there REALLY SHOULD be a "Save As" button in the controls settings screen. ;)

Keybinds can be found by pasting the following address into Explorer path:
%localappdata%\Frontier Developments\Elite Dangerous\Options\Bindings

There might be several binds, depending on your previous keybind saves
