Ability to turn cockpit (bridge) lighting off

And indeed all lighting, really.

The Anaconda and Cutter for example have obnoxiously bright lighting in their bridges that cannot be turned off. It's pretty distracting.
Yeah, the HUD/sensors can be turned off but not the lighting itself.

Please let us turn the lights out!

There's a way to turn the HUD off? How?
