About Beta

Hello I'm a Early Bird User Of Planet Coaster, I love your game but there is one problem (I don't know if it is or not) But am I supposed to have the Beta with The early access? Cause if so I have not Been granted it. I woke up this morning and I updated Planet Coaster but I went on the game and NOTHING had changed so is it a bug fix or what? I hope this isn't just me but if it is oh well. Thanks for reading and please try and help me out.

You need to generate a separate Thrillseeker Edition key from within your Frontier Store account.

the key is in your frontier account for free

If you have the early bird edition then you will have a Thrillseeker Edition Key available to generate. Follow the instructions in the link I provided.

I bought the Early Bird edition.

The only row in the "My Key Purchases" section is:
Planet Coaster: Early Bird Alpha Edition - LAST CHANCE TO BUY PC Alpha Steam XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX

There is no Thrillseeker key to generate/reveal here.

It seems some accounts are bugged and didn't get the key (mine was one of them). Raise a support ticket here: https://support.frontier.co.uk/kb/ and they should be able to sort you out.
