Agreed. Even if it count for just a little. It makes sense and would give the player a little more wiggle room in designing enclosures.
This. I don't understand why they don't. They could make it biome specific. Palms: leaf and nut, tropics: leaf, temperate: leaf, pines: fiber. I'm sure there are others.
Expanding on this, I would really like to see biome specific options for all the herbivore plants. Growing palms and/or tropical plants in Canada (outside of Vancouver or a greenhouse) would be more frustrating than trying to cage dinosaurs.
