About illegal surface scan missions

Hullo,
Just got back after a long break and picked up some surface scan missions. When I got to the planet location I find that it has a no trespass zone with what seems to be like a 25km radius. I would still like to complete my missions but would be glad of any advice on how to do this. I get intercepted by angry pilots if I get too close in my ship.

Should I be;
a) Burning in close with my ship and then quickly land and go scan with the SRV
b) Land outside the trespass zone and travel 25km in my SRV (presumably at some point being chased by enemy ships)
c) Stay in my ship and burn in close and try to scan from my ship (if this is even possible now)
d) Destroy the enemy ships and then land close and use SRV
e) Something else I didn't think of. :)

I did search for info about this, but I didn't find anything more recent than Jan/Feb 2018 and didn't see an answer in those.

Any help appreciated!

Tresspass zone for ship != Tresspass zone for SRV.

Land your ship outside the red zone, then you can drive in closer with your SRV before hitting the new, much smaller zone.

Use a small ship with good shields, fly close to the structure you need to scan and use the data scanner of your ship to do the scan. No need for an SRV. Distance for a scan is under 100m for settlements and close to zero for search zone buildings.
