Abrasion blaster go away

Personally I think we should be able to do this job with ANY laser (or dumbfire missile, etc). My SRV turrets can break deposits off of surface POIs, and I've read a ship's pulse laser can do the same.
The abrasion blaster exists solely for the "you are firing a projectile weapon at a moving target" gameplay aspect, which I'd much rather get from shooting PAs at pirates.

The projectile and moving object is the same for all three modes.
But with a mining laser you would have a follow the spot challenge.
