Accidentally bought 2 copies of Odyssey Alpha on an alt. Help?

I meant to buy one copy of the Odyssey Alpha for my alt account, and one for my main. But apparently I didn't properly refresh/login (and didn't check the name once I had) and bought 2 copies of Odyssey Alpha for the alt account. Now my poor main account is sad and despondent and refuses to walk around the universe.

This isn't an Odyssey bug so I don't see any point in submitting a technical ticket, but I don't see an obvious place to contact support for something like this. I'm sure I'm missing something obvious, but I'd appreciate any help (along with the required sarcastic responses ).

Submit a ticket - Store Support type and ask them to apply one to the main account. They are pretty good, if they can't transfer then they can refund the additional purchase.

e.g:

Submit a request – Frontier Support

customersupport.frontier.co.uk

... by specific request:

......(along with the required sarcastic responses ).

etc.

I bought the wrong one also, Frontier refunded my money, took five days to show up at my bank. During the refund application, you can say your piece. any digital game can be refunded until the day it goes live.

Frontier is usually great about that kind of thing, i have done something similar myself.
