Account being locked

Hi everyone, I've been playing elite for almost 6 years now. I gave a break 7-8 months ago due to lack of excitement about odyssey. Anyway, recently I wanted to play the game again but when I try to login from steam it gives me invalid credentials error. And when I try to login from the website it tells me my account has been locked. I contacted the support and the auto message claimed that I'll get a respond in 24 hours yet it has been days since and I still have no answer nor any solution. Who should I contact about this? And what may be the reason for my account to be locked? Sorry if I posted this in the wrong place.
 
I just checked and it's been four days since I sent the issue to support. Is it normal for them to respond this late?
I have always heard they are pretty quick to respond. The one time I needed to it was within 24 hrs. I would suggest to keep trying.

TOS is 'terms of service'

You didn't by chance loan you account out to a friend maybe?

well I have family sharing enabled on my account but I'm sharing my games with my sister using different computer. But she never played elite dangerous. I am the only one with the access to the account. And I have not cheated, I don't even know whether you can cheat in elite. It is sort of an online game.

When you open a support ticket you receive an acknowledgement email
You can reply to that email to provide further information or to check the status of your support request.

Sent a reply to that email requesting a status update
Or log into the frontier support site and ask for a status update directly in the support ticket.

Edit: you may also try to send an email to community@frontier.co.uk and express your concern (in a nice and polite manner) regarding the fact that your Elite account seems locked and support didnt respond to your ticket for the last X days. Make sure you also mention your ticket number.
