Account broken, unable to get a direct support link to get fixed, YOUR STORE PUSH IN THE LAUNCHER BROKE IT!

Seriously, just seriously, you guys are the worst. THE ABSOLUTE WORST!

WHY WOULD YOU TOUCH THE LAUNCHER LOGIN! WORST, FORCE A STORE LOGIN!

WHY IS THERE NO DIRECT SUPPORT! A message, warning up to 48 hours to get a reply? So I am locked out of an account, in game, YOUR F'NING STORE LOGIN WORKS STILL THOUGH!

Go to login in the launcher to play, get the security code from my email. And just get a message telling me to validate my product to continue?!?!??! Thanks, just thanks for the splendid experience Frontier.
 
my suggested method
1 delete your gpuworktable.xml from your products folder
2 open fd launcher options and use the log off machine function
3 wait 5 mins (use this time to validate or check integrity of game files via your provider 1st if not try the fd launcher options
4 try login if fails consider router/ modem reset
5 cross fingers and pray to whatever god you support
6 goto 2 else red button bottom of this link https://customersupport.frontier.co...unch-Troubleshooting-Steam-and-Frontier-Users if its still there else go trough steps to get it to re appear
or try different browser
and head unable to play plz give me a nudge back to last good cloud save,( if same across all game types ed hor and odd so try them too)
7 confirm almost instant auto reply in your e mail meaning it is in the que and wait for personal response time indicated in submitted ticket reply
