Account creation still not work?

It takes already few days... I tried to buy this game but account creation still not work, at least for me. I made a ticket, this is the answer from 6th April:

Our teams has been made aware of issues that are currently affecting account linking, Password reset, Account creation and account verification. We unfortunately do not have an ETA on the fix yet but we aim to resolve these issues as soon as possible.

Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

In the meantime, if there's anything else we can help with, please do not hesitate to get back in touch.

Crazy that these problems still crop up. It is not as if it is a new process, been going on for years so how incompetent do they have to be that they keep breaking it?

Thanks, Para Handy. I saw on some other forums this is pretty in common for Frontier Developments.
I believe the game is good, but this is very serious problem and they loosing a lot of money and community because of their incompetence.
At first I thought I made something wrong during account creation, it looks unbelievable to me that a game with a plenty of history behind has such basic problems. I am just browsing some other games in the genre.... this issue takes way too long. I am a merchant in real life and I know when customers with money want something - they want it now :)

I had a similar issue when having updated a few hard drives having to reinstall elite and could not login to upgrade to odyssey.
Sent a ticket and a few hours later I kid you not, it just worked. I did see a brief window but it came n went so quick. I must have sent about 100 trys where they send you a 4 figure Security code.
101st it just worked.!?

Hope you get it sorted. Sending a ticket might help.
