Account not available

I stopped playing for a couple of years and decided to come back recently, but I have an error. I am kicked out after the shaders are calculated and receive two messages in succession regarding my account :
"The game failed to communicate with the authentication server. Please check your internet connection and try again in a few minutes", then "We have logged you out of the game because your account is not currently available. Please try again shortly."
I disabled my antivirus and firewall, and tried on two entirely different networks (Yes, I have two ISPs) and the issue remains. This issue happens whether I try to launch Elite Dangerous through Steam or from my Frontier account.
I have restarted my computer multiple time, and I log in successfully on the launcher every time.
Is there an issue on my account's side?
 
Do you have a VPN as they have been known to confuse the networking code?

Also maybe a visit to the networking option (from main menu) might reveal something.

Thanks for offering assistance.
I do not use a VPN. For the networking option, I do not have the privilege to get there. my disconnection happens too early after the game opens. What baffles me is that the launcher is connected to my account, and I am also connected through Valve/Steam when I try. And I still have my Steam Key active, and the Steam account still linked to Frontier. As I change no settings whatsoever, only uninstalled and reinstalled the gamme over a period of time, the issue seems to be within the game itself form what I can tell.
I found an option in the customer support area that I'll try to use to get it resolved.

When I try logging in with steam a message tells me I have a frontier account linked to steam; the launcher starts and marks me properly in "Connected as". After the game starts, I get kicked out just after the shaders and the world generation are finished. when trying to connect with my frontier account, I receive the exact same error message that my account is not accessible.
 
since you have two isps though, game servers may detect both IPs and consider this as a case of VPN usage, or detecting almost simultaneous login attempts from both isp, which would block them from going through.
Not in my setup. They are separate and I physically connect to one at a time. It would be akin to someone connecting to a different wifi on their laptop.
