Account Transfer xbox to ps4

Hello,
As some friends I wish to pass from the xbox one to the ps4 but going to play enormously of hour on xbox I wanted to transfer my backup.
Unfortunately not possible.
Can you do anything for this?
I know it is possible for xbox to pc and vice versa.

It'd be awesome if you had "one account" in which you can sign in to any platform. Assuming you purchase that platforms version.
Kinda how I can hop between my laptop and PC seemlessly.
