i have the freesync acer xf270hua and its a very good monitor.
Apart from the stand being different and the one originally posted being for NVIDIA variable refresh rate tech (GSYNC) and therefore carrying a substantial NVIDIA tax, they are the same monitors.
Better really to save the money, get the Freesync version and with the £200+ you save do what you want eg put it aside for a really good graphics card upgrade in the near future.
