Achievement not unlocked

Hi there, can anyone tell me how to access support ? i can't find it after forums got merged.
Anyway, i just bought Claire's Sanctuary dlc, i was doing the missions on first island just fine, i medicated more than 60 dinosaurs manually, and the achievement ' Executive Treatement ' didn't unlock ! This isn't the first time i miss an unlock, i once had completed 5 stars Jurassic Challenge on Sorna, but didn't get the skin unlock or achievement :(, i am feeling very depressed right now, specially that those Gallimimus took 2 darts each and they kept running all over the place.
If this doesn't get fixed, i am getting a refund !
By the way, i did the picture contract as well, and its achievement unlocked with no problems.

That is outragous ! I also noticed that the new paleo-feeders graphically display the ten new plants all the time ( i mean you can see them having portions of all the new plants ), and that is immersion killing ! they should only display the three plants we pick, that is just a cheap move to give them the same appearance no matter what they contain.

That's from the dlc right?

Anyway, i'm 1 trophy away from Platinum....wich is place all dino's. And i'm not getting it.

Is there a fix for this? Anyone?....

yes the paleo-feeders are part of the Claire's Sanctuary dlc, and it seems we aren't going to get any answer, it is a pity to get such treatment, they won't support me whilst i supported frontier by preordering the deluxe edition day one, then buying all dlcs, i am sure i won't be repeating this mistake on the so called JWE2, i will definitely play it, but it won't cost me a single penny.

Today i started hatching all dino's again, from A to Z....halfway through i recieved my final trophy. Finally platinum....

Guess that's how you do it?
My brother has it worse, he didn't recieve his 'complete all science missions'-trophy.
