We may only need SLF Pilots at the moment but this looks like they could make a valuable crew member one day

Not sure what you would pay them, I assume you would instead own them, maybe they could be the flat fee crew as it is simply the maintenance and upkeep costs, but as a trade off need expensive firmware updates to "Rank up"

Indeed it would fun to be able to recruit cyborg/robot as crew member.

They wouldn't differ from other NPC but they would defenetly give a more futuristic looks to the game.

But then come the question of the wage. Maybe they would be very expensive, like a few millions to buy but then you have nothing to pay for them, except their upkeep cost.
