ACU and Vet trucks

So looking at what is out so far, it seems like the new Ranger vehicle for JWE2 is a custom G-Wagon AMG. As a jeep owner I'll certainly miss the JLs, but I'm more intrigued by the cargo van from the cinematic trailer. As I'm sure many dino fans learned the hard way last time around, "pre-rendered" means what follows is not to be taken as the gospel truth in any detail. But that throat clearing aside, I wonder if we will get that van as a vehicle in some capacity. If it isn't already planned, I think it would be interesting to use the G-wagon as a dedicated ACU truck that secures a site for the Veterenarian Van to follow behind and perform veteranary care and park logistics tasks. I picture Rangers move in first to tranq dangerous dinosaurs (or maybe distribute vaccines the old way), but the Van is necessary to perform serious maitainence (fix fences or other equipment, refill feeders, etc.) and treat serious low health dinos (no more magic heal darts).

Again, nothing had been confirmed; aside from certain observations, these are just my speculations.

The pre-rendered footage does seem to suggest the Ranger Jeep and the Vet Van represent two distinct units... hopefully this is true. Just as Planet Zoo has different staff for different jobs (vets, zookeepers, mechanics, etc.) they really need to have different Jurassic World staff for different jobs and not just make the Rangers do everything.

I am speculating here, but do you think this could be a method of transporting the smaller dinosaurs? I recall how the compsognathus needed to have a large ACU helicopter to transport each individual, and this could be a much more convenient way to transport the smaller dinosaurs if the larger ranger/vet vehicles could contain them.

I would like this too. Although I would worry that if there’s a path finding bug it might leave a dino stuck in the van (would it let you drive it yourself or would using it as a transport to the new site lock out player control?)

Vet Truck Confirmed. It’s a unit spawned from a new building: Dino Medical center has an adjacent pen to heal seriously injured dinos (you have to move them in/out like any other paddock move like in JWE1), and the Vet Truck can go out to help with dino healthcare tasks. So not only the new unit, but a new building, and a deeper, grey box health system. I’m very excited now.
