General Gameplay ACU/Ranger/Staff Management. Suggestions to improve and expand.

Your Feature Request / Idea
Hi,
I have a few suggestions on a singular aspect of the game which is a core part of the management aspect of it.

Rangers, ACU and tasks.
------

It seems the dinos seem to flock towards open gates (when a ranger is near the gate and it auto-opens) and roar at guests outside causing guests to run away even though they are completely safe because the dino wouldn't actually escape.

I actually really like how guests react to dinos who simply roar near a fence (without attacking it). It feels RIGHT.

***Improved Ranger and Gate mechanics***

It would be a lot more interesting if a ranger causing the gate open would rattle a dinosaur, causing it to attempt an escape or at least a head-butt to the gate if it's too late in escaping. This scenario of course needs to be random or based on a dino's mood/status bars.

The dinos already observe guests, rangers, choppers around them which is extremely neat.

It would be quite interesting if there was an added risk and stategic timing to entering enclosures. Open a gate at the wrong time: risk an escape. Rangers must be quick to enter and also exit.

It is also quite evident that there is code within the game that makes carnivores aggressive towards rangers in their presence. They will chase a jeep but only circle it. It seems this aggression was either cut out, disabled or will be introduced later on. The dinos can only chase you, but not trigger an animation to attack or destroy a jeep probably because no such animation exists (yet) or is locked out for whatever reason.

Repairing fences should not be an instant event. It should take time, like how buildings take time to be built.

***More risks to rangers and staf

Once there is a risk factor towards rangers themselves, it would lead to exciting moments where you have to refill feeders/click photos/medicate dinos and leave the enclosure just in time before a dino discovers an opportunity to escape.

Gates should also refuse to open automatically if a potential threat is near it, causing players to either manually open it (which is basically bypassing security procedure) or wait for a better opportunity for it to open. There can be an option to switch gates from automatic, to manual or to trigger with the jeep's horn (which in turn can bring unwanted attention to the area near the gate)

***New Upgrades along with new mechanics ***

To further add to these mechanics, rangers can be better trained to handle these situations (which means a training mechanic - something that Planet Coaster does), and can use foliage to hide from dinosaurs until safe or to break LOS, certain upgrades can also be bought to improve jeep engines to be less noisy or faster (to outrun dinos or to reach emergencies quicker).

***The jeep's radio and horn***
The jeep radio should also be turned off to avoid dino detection. The horn can be used to lure dinos towards you or to distract/disturb otherwise. The guests should also react to the jeep's horn.

***Better ACU/Ranger commands***

Rangers anc ACU choppers should also be given tasks to simply travel somewhere (by clicking on the ground) and also have a "wait here" button where they wait in the area for a small amount of time before automatically returning to base. While they are waiting in an area, they automatically assign themselves to nearby situations, like tranquilising escaped dinos (if any) or refilling feeders (if any).

***Weather effects on park management***

Weather conditions should also drastically affect ACU and ranger efficiency by slowing them down in speed or actions (by decreasing accuracy/reload speed) and maybe adding turbulence for ACU choppers (which of course can be addressed using upgrades).

---------------

These are a few additions to the already functional ranger/management system that I feel will make it more authentic but also exciting; sort of like an adventure based mini-game.

Let me know what you think! I have many more ideas to share about other aspects of the game.
