Ad Memoriam - Prof. Stephen Hawking

Hi,

as we all probably know by now, Prof. Stephen Hawking died today (14/03).

It is with a heavy heart that I would like to start this thread to both collect proposals on how the Elite Dangerous community can honor the memory of one of the greatest men our generation has seen, and, consequently, submit them to FDev for consideration.

There're already a lot of stations and outposts named after him, so the proposals should be a step up from this starting point.

I, for one, would like to see a dedicated science research installation near one of the most prominent black holes of our virtual galaxy (Sag A*?).

I like it! It's original and has a lasting impact.


Another station is a cool idea too, but it would bring the total count of "Hawking" stations up to 8.

If they put in accretion discs into game, a station orbiting a black hole consuming a star would be cool.
