Adam Savage (Myth Busters) talks with Andy Weir (Author of the Martian)

For anyone wondering what the hell "delta v" means, it's just the change in velocity over time. A much simpler word for this is "acceleration". Basically a net upward force greater than gravity.

"The Martian" was one of those books that had me literally crying with laughter (the message to Earth bit) The problem was: I was in the canteen at the time and it was packed, I simply could not stop laughing. Every time I calmed down enough, I'd look at THE word and off I'd go again.

God, that is a good book :)
