Add a menu option to deploy the SRV while on foot

As it says, I just think it'd be nice if we could deploy and possibly even dock the SRV from a menu while on foot without having to get in and out of our ships.
Even having it on the ship's entrance "boarding" menu would be fine.

That would be extremly helpful. Going into a ship, waiting for it to load, just so you can then wait for the game to move you to the srv takes time and feels like a roundabout way to get to the srv. A way for the player to tell the ship to drop an srv somewhere nearby from the air would be also welcome.

Given we’re talking about remote interaction with ship systems, it would be nice to also toggle ships headlights on and off.

Incidentally, is it possible to dismiss/recall the ship while on foot? I haven't checked it.
