Add a 'No' button for devs on the suggestion forum.

There are loads of suggestions posted here regularly, and it's hard to know what to waste your time debating and what's a waste of time debating!

I propose the devs add a 'no' button. If they're never going to do something, they can click the 'no' button, and the thread will promptly be tagged 'no', so we can know not to bother.

A few examples:

Make the game open only! [No]
Let us buy engineering materials! [No]
Give all devs a 100k bonus!
Let NPCs sit in the multicrew seats! [No]

Thank you for your time.

We could start with this thread...

Make a no button! [No]

Is this an Open Only thread in disguise?

Its getting hard to tell these days.

The best "no" you will get from a game developer is "currently not planned for implementation" or "not on our roadmap right now".
A straight up rejection is also not very conductive to creative discourse.

Your idea is a good one and would work if the ideas forum was actually read by decision makers. It exists to make players feel like they're contributing and to keep the rest of the forum free of stupid ideas.

You'll have more luck getting a response by writing your idea on a rock and chucking it down a well...
...or praying to Lord Brebus.

I'm assuming they got rid of the forum polls and -1s on posts for a reason, even if it was a bad one.

FYI: I'd probably be fine with two-thirds of your "no" examples, depending on the circumstances. :p

It would be cool to watch a dedicated stream with developers discussing top 10 suggestions from here. Once a 3 months. @sallymorganmoore please!

Just to get an idea what is their opinion. Whether the idea can bring something new. Or it was considered in the past and decided as not worthy.
