Add an extra utility point on Imperial Eagle

What's the chances of having an extra utility slot on the Imperial Eagle? Petition possibly?how many would I need to sign it to get the change?
Was messing about with fighters come up with really nice build on imperial eagle went out to Nav Point was using chaff against first ship great I thought then second ship spammed missiles had no defence imperial eagle now parked shame because it's a nippy little thing and could be a lot of fun
Gone back to engineering vulture instead not so much fun moving that from engineer to engineer
Could do with an engineer like professor Palin that unlocks after you unlock all the others that can mod everything to grade 4 or 5

Your imperial Eagle can go faster than missiles.

Shields are a good enough defence against missiles.
Bi-weaves can come up quickly enough, especially a 1C in this case.

Also a screening shell frag cannon can dispatch them.

Alternatively that speed can be used to get by without chaff and fit a point defence instead.

When I said can I didn't mean every imperial Eagle can.

Seekers travel at 625 m/s. You'll need to build your ship for speed to outrun that.

No need to actually be faster (even though you can be). Just reach similar speeds and then boost into their turn radius until they run out of fuel. Or use the bought time to shoot them down.

Alternatively, if there is another ship of similar size around, dropping your signature long enough can cause the seekers to get a new target.
