Agreed. More types of feed animals and feeding systems in general would be good, and could also be used for a preference system like the herbivores have.
For the theropod dinosaurs: Cattle, Wild Game (deer, since they have the model already), Goat, and Pig
For the flying reptiles: Fruit Trees and Ground Fruit for Tapejara; Wild Brush for Dimorphodon, provides reptiles and small mammals that the Dimorphodon stalks on the ground and swoops on from the air; if we ever get Archaeopteryx or Rhamphorynchus they can use the Wild Brush as well since they also ate insects and small animals
For the aquatic reptiles: Nothing really needed here, actually, unless they can include squid with the fish since free-swimming cephalopods were also a big part of the small and medium-sized aquatic animals' diets
