I'm sure there are many other players who can't stand off-center seating in cockpits so I hope that the devs can add centralised cockpit variants as a livery. It can be for ARX even.

They've celebrated the first actually new cockpit for the Cobra V as a great achievement on stream. I guess it's safe to say any changes to the older ships is not in the cards unless they go for a full ship interior DLC.
Honestly wouldn't mind paying ARX for a Python Mk II with center seating either through a livery add on or a whole new ship variant.
You can't all drive McLaren F1s in real life can you... ?
I think the seat position forms part of the subjectivity of selecting ships. There's not a ship in the game that's a perfect fit for me, but that's part of the charm. I have to make compromises and sacrifices which then gives the ship its own personality.
