Add crew member, escape Pod eject-animation & use Pods for better mission rewards and variation

This thread sounds familiar? Yeah, I came up last year - more or less same situation. I think it was the same time I lost my first pilot.

NPC Crew Member On Bridge
I lost my third NPC crewmember through a known bug in a station (graphics glitch, you see station blurred and distorted/stretched into the endless, you block a landingpad or crush a ship and station opens fire). I've got a reset of data and credits, but I don't know if my halfway to Elite crewmember cut the connection or not and if support can reset that, too.
BTW @Frontier:
  1. Are the NPCs really onboard or are they like us main pilots just connected via telemetry from "home office"? Is there any explanation from your side how that works and why we can just listen but cannot see them - and then why the connection is lost forever?

To show that crewmember onboard like others should be easy: use some prepared and diced out dummy "holo mes". It would be great fun, EVERY player - explorer, combat, trader and what else - want to see a co pilot! And I would pay 50€ for the addon when I would be able to that and the eject Multicrew-members for fun or for a reason!

Animation when ship explodes
I would like to see how my seat is changing into an Escape Pod and shooting me into the void when my ship explodes. Last picture: you see the debris of your ship and a timer starts to count down with e.g. one week survival time. The window starts to freeze, the view changes to black (as you fall asleep) and then welcome back to the rebuy screen. You read the bill what your family/insurance/whatever had to pay for your rescue. I think it would help CMDRs to explode instead of combat log, so please PvPers vote up, too! ;)

More Immersion!
I think the eject-sequence would give so much immersion. And it would be easy to realize as it will be scripted like ships explosions already are. It could even use Holo Me, as we see the CMDR from left behind looking out of his window and see how it freezes and he closes his eyes. The missions implementation is easy to do, too. It's same function as I already have with "hostage" or "rescue on planet". The NPC crew members rescue could be based on a "reload"- or "module transport"-function.

NPC crew members rescue has to be paid with a amount depending on the NPC crew members rank. NPCs will deliver it within [hours depending on distance].

Mission variation and enhanced reward
I want to hunt down pirate lords dead or alive with higher reward. When I captured the pirate lords escape capsule after I destroyed his ship and try to deliver it back to the station his comrades shall come for fighting me and rescuing him. It's like the blackbox salvage missions where 4 interdictions in row come.

Video transmissions!
Oh man, I miss this simple things like a video how the Pilotes Federation or the Powers congratulate you for the ranks or that the stations react to your powers rank (at least they improved reactions according my reputation). It would be really rewarding for earning a rank.

Even when contacting other players in Voice I'd like to see a little window with blurred hollow-me-head appearing, same with text messages directed to me. In scifi movies they showed lot times how to do. I have to use EDDI up till now ...

Losing the crew member greatly limits the game, because it takes many hours to get it to have dangerous-elite level. There is no point in not having a rescue capsule.
So I suggest to Frontier a change in this sense, that he does not die if the ship is destroyed. Options can be several, I like the idea of ​​being a few days off, like recovering from wounds. or that he has to pay insurance in relation to his level of combat .... We can make it not disappear, I consider it a great incentive for the game.

Take into account that the crew is not free either, a good percentage of the income is taken and you have to take a specific module that is the hangar.
