Add easier Wing missions or allow all missions to be share-able

I was very excited for the Wing missions when they first came out.
Unfortunately they are bit above my skill / ship level. Me and my friends want to get better ships to do these, but that might be awhile.
So what missions can we do together now?

Currently only wing missions can be shared with your squad. But for all other missions (the easy ones my friends and I can do) cannot be shared. Additional we do not even see the same missions. Sometimes you are lucky and see similar transport missions routes and we can fly together. But combat ones are never the same and are often best done solo anyways.
Example, I see an assassinate for Bob but my friend sees an assassinate for Sean.

Would be nice, if I could share my non-wing mission with my friend, and the reward is split for assassination missions.
This way it does not pay as much as the current Wing missions, but is a much more do-able mission for the lower level player like myself.

If that is too complicated, maybe just make all missions wing missions and scale the pay to the difficulty.

This could apply for all mission types too.
I.e we need to haul 35 cargo to XYZ. If I share, either the cargo is split (if possible) or we each have the same mission with 35 cargo and the reward is not split.

I'm not exactly sure the optimal / balanced / easiest way this could be done.
I just would like to see more co-op missions I can do with my friends with a good range in the reward/difficulty scaling from easy to hard.

"Wing" missions should be removed. Allow us to share ALL missions.

(obviously missions would need to have a much greater difficulty/pay range than they do now)

Regular missions should have been adjusted. Adding separate "wing" missions just clutters the boards. In some cases it just gives well-equipped players huge money for very few cargo runs, defeating the whole point of bringing a wing. Some things just don't need to be missions, honestly. Commodity trading, for example, didn't need a "mission," all it needed was some clear bulletin alerts of some sort that said "HEY! We want lots of THIS right now and we're paying good for it!" Not "We want exactly THIS many of this thing and will pay an absurd bonus for exactly that many and not one more." It's senseless, especially considering that stations actually DO need large quantities of certain things to upgrade their inventory of modules, ships and defenses in the future.

Missions as they are are just too random and disconnected from the BGS to be anything but an artificial money source for us.
