I like the e-breach, but apart from locked crates they don't allow me to do anything that I can't do by arc-cutting or stealing access, and the inventory limit means that at some point you'll have to do one of those things anyway. What I'd like to see is some unique interactions for the ebreach once applied to certain settlement consoles - you jam the thing in and it has a different effect to merely turning the console off.
What I'd suggest is that ebreaching should lift access restrictions on the console, allowing you to turn it on and off at will regardless of your access level - but while it is active, an ebreached console may have some other, special effects, such as:
ID locks console - while active, ID locks now refuse access to everyone regardless of access level, including settlement guards.
Anti-personnel turrets - disables IFF systems, causing them to open fire indiscriminately at anyone they see.
Settlement defences - as above, but for ships.
Reactor controls - overloads the power network, setting electrical fires in pressurised buildings (fun if you just bolted the doors!)
You get the idea. Any other !!FUN!! things that could be done with them would be cool. Basically, jamming this thing into a circuit should Cause Problems.
