For 2.3, please add a filter to the galaxy map for star luminosity class (I, II, III, IV, V, VI). This will speed up gameplay for explorers who want to catalogue stars of specific luminosity classes.
The only way it is currently possible to search for specific luminosity classes is by selecting individual stars in the galaxy map to see the luminosity class in the details pane. Very large stars doa ppear larger in the galaxy map realistic view, but many luminosity classes don't appear any larger or smaller than the main sequence stars so most of the time it's pot luck, and therefore takes ages to search in this way. As an example, I set off back from BP in August and I'm not even halfway back yet (other reasons too, but searching for giants is the main cause for delay).
