Could you please add both UY Scuti and NML Cygni?

The Stellar Forge is not powerful enough to do it.
Stars cannot simply be added to the ED galaxy, without destroying the entire galaxy. Sorry.
What you can do, is pick a procedurally-generated star that's already in the game and has the same mass as the one you want to add, and is in about the correct location, and replace the old star with the new star. No net change in mass means no galactic apocalypse. This is precisely what FD did when they added TRAPPIST-1 to the game.
UY Scuti has been much discussed; in this thread I postulated that Blae Drye MN-S e4-25 ought to make a good UY Scuti sacrifice.
Never heard of NML Cygni, sorry. It's way down the list. It's estimated at 25 to 50 solar masses, which I think would be a difficult ask to find a substitute for; you're talking O-class star there, and O-class generally aren't created by the Stellar Forge.
