Add module combing Super Cruise Assist and Advance Docking.

When the advanced docking computer and supercruise assist were implemented, all ships got additional module slots. 1 extra for medium and larges ships, 2 extra for small ships.
That would remove a slot from your cutter.For balancing add 2x power draw and 10x price
