Add more station services to station interiors

To encourage players to leave their ships, add more station services that are available in ship to the station interiors. This could make the station interiors larger, more interesting and could also add be combined with an 'in person' discount or haggling option. This would attempt to make the on-foot and ship modes more connected.

If the aim is to promote the use of the concourse yours is a good idea.

I'm not personally convinced promoting the use of the concourse is needed though.
