Add Multi pass tracks support to all coasters

I wish the game allowed you to multi pass over sections of the track. However to achieve this track parts like LSM launches should be able to be changed by triggers such as its speed, launch and maybe even launch delay. The switch tracks should also allow you to build on the other side. This will allow coasters like Toutatis from Parc Asterix to be build and any other insane custom build ideas people have.
