I believe that new music was added to the game since the original soundtrack (OST) was released. This is what I've gleaned from the patch notes:
- 1.1 Added new music to exploration
- 1.4 CQC combat music
- 2.0 New exploration music (also planetary approach music?)
- 2.1 SRV combat music
I realise you can't retrofit this music to the CD version, but it would be nice to have it added to the digital download.
