Add None / Unassigned to drop down list in staff schedule, etc.

This would make it a lot easier to find unassigned staff, instead of having to go line by line through the "All" list to find anyone you missed.

In my opinion, the ui for this has to be reworked. Too much clicks, nested menus with more clicks. It makes it tedious and time consuming. A simpler version: what to do, where to do, linked to a simple schedule would be great. I really love the quick and easy acess in Planet Coaster 1.
