Add Official YouTube Instruction Videos In-Game to make it Player-Friendly

As some have pointed out, the current tutorials cover a limited aspect of the game. Many people [complained about the lack of in-game instructions](https://forums.frontier.co.uk/showthread.php/391866-Xbox-one-1-star-reviews-of-elite-dangerous) and some didn't get past the tutorials.

So it would be good to add all the official YouTube instruction videos so players can watch those via the in-game menu.

• Add all Powerplay training videos
• Add all Pilot Training videos
• Add all Horizons training videos

The videos could be stored locally on a players PC so it doesn't cost extra bandwidth. It requires little development time to implement and it's a big improvement to make the game more player-friendly.

Thank you for linking my thread. Somewhere on there I did do a lengthy review on the tutorial videos and missions. But yes to have the videos ingame would be a lot easier for some, as they are a pretty good source of information. The missions however are a different story .
