Add Opinion Polls, Settlement Defense Plans, and Others to Mission Reward

Something I noticed but didn't really thought about too deeply.

Assets are not included in mission rewards, only goods & data.

So you literally have to be a thief to upgrade your suit & guns, no way around it.

Except assets in Reactivate missions are all legal....

If you take them from the abandoned husk of a burning settlement using access you copied from a corpse, it's not stealing, it's salvage.

Thanks again for the opinion polls, funny enough after we met up and I went to go sell the polls, on the next settlement I went to visit I got one randomly. Once I have 5 of these stacked I'll throw em back your way.

Nice to have almost all the engineers unlocked, now the settlement defense plans for the last one.

Told you. Once you have enough you'll keep finding them and wishing it was something else in the data port that you actually need, like Digital Designs.

No need to throw them back. Pass them on to the next frustrated person.
