Add setting for nav panel "See Carriers that are Bookmarked/Friends/Squadron"

Some sort of ability to set nav panel to Only show specific Carriers would be nice, since you can only set it to all or none, it would be nice to eliminate the 500 other player carriers but still be able to supercruise assist to my squadrons Carrier when its like 1000Ls from the star.

As far as I know, a better nav panel filter is in development.
