Add splash effects when dinosaurs walk through water

It's a small addition but it would make the game look more realistic, alive and nicer.

That's one of the things I thought of when I said that the water doesn't impress me so far. I'm hoping for those kinds of animations. The way it looks in that one video we saw is as if the legs just swim through the water. So hopefully something like this is in the game.
