Add starter system to Colonia

As per title, can a starter system please be added to Colonia?
Doesn't need to be added immediately, before the end of this week would be nice :)

I think this would probably have to have some sort of unlock requirement, so it wasn't immediately offered to new accounts, as it wouldn't be an ideal place for many players to start, and certainly not their first account. Maybe if it only unlocked when you reset your account? [1] (people buying alts could obviously start and immediately reset to unlock it)

It would - unless specifically intended as a "challenge start" - also need different engineer unlock paths than the normal ones (e.g. for a Colonia start, Brandon is common knowledge, and tells you about Martuuk)

But it's certainly a much more practical idea than it was a couple of years earlier in Colonia's history, and I think worth taking a serious look at.

[1] The sensible unlock would be after you reached Colonia - but that would require alt accounts to be linked (the old commander slot idea) rather than completely distinct.

Surely that would neutralise the entire beginners system they created during the last update, you know that collection of star systems they created just for beginners with easy missions and no gankers?
 
Well, it was actually a little bit of a charge to create the ability to get a sidi in a starter system in Colonia, in the same way as you can get a sidi in a LHS1447 now and a free travel back to the bubble with it when you suicide in Colonia.

The reason, the bubble and mini-bubble are not fully disconnected from each other. If you need to be known by a engineer in Colonia in order to get a invite for an engineer in the bubble, there would be meltdown. "What? Do I need to travel to the bubble to get an invite here? RAAGGEEE!!!1!", In Colonia however, this a reality. You have engineers there you only can unlock through an engineer in the bubble. Not all is for sale/engineerable to the same level. No imp ships, and some other things...

Not a drama at all. But if nothing is done about the suicide taxi service back to the bubble,and it eventually boils down to it being a feature? If yes, then create a suicide taxi service back to Colonia as well, and give someone starting a new account, or a new player the ability to spawn in another world to boot.

I don't see the point either. If it was because of the sidewinder express I don't see the point even more, as you always would have to make one trip the hard way. Plus the neutron highway makes it already easy enough to get there. I took 2 combat ships up there and it took 8h playtime for each.
Colonia is the frontier and in my opinion should stay that way.
To many things have to change to support a starter system in Colonia. How would it be integrated with the beginners experience for example? And as an beginners system it should be accessible to all beginners.
