How come Frontier didn't add wired fences to the game?

Been asking this for a long time, it goes unanswered.
Cable fencing is not cable fencing, hell, its not even screen accurate either. Heck, we don't even have the Small/Medium fencing really from the first game and fence climbing isn't an excuse for its exclusion. Badly needed in the game, but unless its another Sandbox toggle or some species/skin you get almost no love here.

I would still love this version of the fence to be added to the game even if it doesn't make sense even if it's a level four type of fence.
I think it makes sense about as much as the film does. You can even have variants of different Security Ratings as I shamelessly plug my own thread: Iterative Fencing Design Improvements
The animations for the interactions are pretty neat too and its not like the game has no cables already, the pylons use them just fine.
