So we all have had to go to a detention facility now and again, now when its on foot and you get murked,
you end up having take a dam Apex interstellar back.

I mean, can't we just pay to have our ship flown to the detention megaship?

Please yes especially important in the pleiades and other exclaves. Not everyone likes or has access to carriers - adding interastra to carriers will not fix this. Horizon hopping is not the answer either.
