Adding-to-building opperation also applicable to railings of paths.

It would be nice if you could sticker stuff to the railings of the available paths just the same way it does to the surface and other objects!

Interesting idea. Probably it would be more likely to have railings as scenery objects to put along paths.Then you could decorate them...
